Get help or report a bug

The fastest way to reach us is to open an issue on GitHub. You don’t need a paid account — a free GitHub account is enough.

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)

Screenshots or a short screen recording are very helpful.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Habi is fully offline. It makes zero network calls and works the same in airplane mode as it does on Wi‑Fi.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts, no sign‑in, no email required. All data is stored on your device.

How do I back up my data?

The app’s data is included in your standard iCloud or device backup automatically. We don’t run a backup service of our own — if your device is backed up, the app’s data is backed up with it.

How do I delete a child’s data?

Open the admin area (PIN required), tap the child, and choose Delete. Removing the app from your device deletes everything.

Can I use this on multiple devices?

The app currently stores data per‑device. There is no sync between devices.

Is this app free?

Yes — there are no ads, no in‑app purchases, no subscriptions, and no upsells.
